"Took my car for am MOT and it fails I ask why they say I have a serious leak in my shock absorbers I then take it to my garage with my failed MOT certificate for them to have a look as I didnt feel that there was anything wrong with my car, as I have had my car for years and I generally know when their is something wrong."

"went to the Ramsgate branch for tracking adjustment and they gave me a print out off how much the front and back was out it was only when i got back home i checked to see if it was done and found out the track rod nuts was not even touched after i paid them to do it(lesson lernt not to go there again)."

"DO NOT USE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF had an MOT done passed 2 weeks later took car in for a service at Formula one told I needed brakes front and back (discs and pads) and 4 new tyres as they were illegal took car back and took to another garage for second opinion told nothing wrong with the tyres and brakes were legal but would need new pads on front in next 3000 miles approx but discs were fine."
