Pros:

Store Layout and Accessibility

• "With 4 floors overall you can easily find the section to meet your needs/wants/requirements."
• "Love love love it! 5 floors and great kids section and a great men's section too and the way everything is laid out is so simple and makes complete sense and there were no clothes on the floor and everything was reasonably tidy."

• "For such a big store there is never a staff member when you need one."
• "They need to change the escalators. I know they try to make you buy more by walking through the whole building. But if you want to quickly grab some kids clothes, it takes about an hour to get to the 3rd floor."
• "The lay out is utterly hilarious. I always worry about there being an emergency and the shop needing evacuated, you wouldn't stand a chance especially if you were on the top floor."
