Monday 13th Jan my car was completed at approx. 2pm. I paid the invoice and was promised the car would be delivered later that day. I asked for confirmation because I absolutely needed the car on the Tuesday for a work trip. No problem I was told. At 5pm I called and left a voicemail. 5:30pm I called back and left another voicemail because no one had called me. 5:45pm I was called back to say sorry we can’t deliver the car now."
