"Shocking service for a BMW main dealer. I had my car serviced and MOT’d from 10th – 13th Jan 2020. Actual work completed was fine, no problems. I paid for the collection and delivery of my car. Monday 13th Jan my car was completed at approx. 2pm. I paid the invoice and was promised the car would be delivered later that day. I asked for confirmation because I absolutely needed the car on the Tuesday for a work trip. No problem I was told. At 5pm I called and left a voicemail. 5:30pm I called back and left another voicemail because no one had called me. 5:45pm I was called back to say sorry we can’t deliver the car now."
