Customer Service
Pros:
"Just a normal regular KFC but with good staff. A pot of beans had opened in our bag and they had got a gravy mixed up. I went in to get it corrected and within seconds I had a new gravy and beans and a regular chips as compensation."

"waited 25 minutes for food that wasn’t even hot, wait was due to waiting for chicken to cook and when it finally came it was not freshly cooked it was just warm like it had been sat on the side."
"Easily the worst KFC I have visited, staff weren’t bothered with making orders young lad hands in his pockets not bothering with any work to help his colleagues even said ‘I can’t be bothered’ not good when people are waiting for their food they’ve paid for for 15 minutes."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently been sat in the carpark have been waiting half an hour after placing the order at drive through."
"For the whole 40 minutes, these tables remained dirty even though the store was over staffed."
"This place is a joke, never got what you ask for and when you do get your order it is just chucked together in a brown bag, no wipes, no condiments, no fork to eat your side order with, no sauce... things that used to be part and parcel of your takeaway meal."

Pros:
"The food was good but when we visited it was about 6pm and there were a group of teenagers from the estate near by they were fighting and all sorts. If I was the manager I would ban them from coming in."
"Each and every time we have visited we have received perfect meals, piping hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Out of all the KFC's we have been to this one is certainly the best."
