Communication

Pros:

  • "They were helpful in communication with the landlord when we wanted to re-decorate, and fair in their judgement of things we were unhappy with."

  • "When it came to the end of our tenancy Tassi wanted to return to us approx. £50 each of our joined £3840 deposit."
  • "The deductions came to around £400 (nothing near the original amount claimed by the agency/landlord) and we saw this as fair and equitable."
