Maintenance and Repairs

  • "The property management support and maintenance departments are top-notch and always quick to respond to any issues."

  • "During the tenancy, the issue got worse, to the point of mushrooms growing on the shower floor."
  • "Every property in the building has windows that don't open, causing breathing difficulties and heavily disrupted sleep."
  • "The majority of the employees we have been in contact with are poorly managed unprofessional and rude."
  • "If a doctor diagnosed me with cancer and I asked how long I had left to live and they replied as long as it takes x1 to reply to an email."
  • "The worse letting agency to rent from. At the start of our tenancy, there was a mould/damp issue in the main bathroom. It was never resolved."
