  • "They sent a demand for fencing money which they displayed as an fencing expenditure on their annual accounts and admitted they spent the money on something else."
  • "Price for service charge goes up every year, then they send you an email months later saying they're not able to work out their expenses correctly and that you owe them another £60 to be paid with less than a months notice of due date."
