Store Layout and Navigation

Pros:

• "Its a large store and very easy to navigate around."
• "The staff are by and large very knowledgeable and when asked where certain products are can tell you exactly which aisle to look down."
• "You can find everything in there from food products up to home decor."

• "This is the biggest supermarket for miles."

Cons:

• "Sometimes difficult to find products. It would gain to have the departments indicated with a sign from the ceiling."
• "Need to split into to separate areas as it's too big."
• "Can never find anything in produce aisle or home cook or world foods aisles."
• "They recently reordered the shelves so things are in random places now."
• "As usual with major supermarket chains, regularly purchased items seem to migrate across the store space randomly over time, adding considerably to the time taken to find and complete your shopping."

Customer Service
