Customer Service

Pros:

  • "I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers during my recent visit. The team's outstanding customer service and attention to detail left a lasting impression."
  • "The staff didn’t listen to my needs, gave me the wrong prescription as a result and then when I complained said there was nothing they could do until I bought a pair of glasses from them. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time and money."

  • "Extremely slow. Even if you have an appointment you cannot leave the store before 1 hour for just a simple eye test."
  • "Nobody cares about appointments but only unstructured flow."

  • "Was fed up with Woolwich Specsavers and this lot are so much better. Nowhere near as busy so staff have time to be attentive (doesn’t excuse Woolwich being rude) and they run much more to time. Was told 2 weeks for glasses, they came in 8 days."

  • "I received no notification and again had to call to see if the lenses had arrived. The contact lenses had arrived but they were the wrong ones leaving me shirt for my holiday. The employees in the branch are friendly enough but there doesn't appear to be much rigor in their processes."

  • "PUT THE PRICE OF YOUR EYE TEST OF YOUR WEBSITE!!!! I paid £35 for eye test (includes £10 for 3D scan) they made it look like the test is free and you only pay £10 for the 3D scan if you have one."
  • "Thoroughly disappointed with Specsavers who charge £20 in addition to their £25 eye test to sign a form for work allowing me to claim the costs back."
