Staff Professionalism

Pros:

• "Was advised to go to the walk in centre by the receptionist at my G.P surgery due to them being closed half day, called the Phoenix Center before I arrived.. waited 2 hours to be seen, and was seen by a nurse.. so no Doctors here !!"
