"I am totally dissatisfied with Halfords for 2 reasons. I was told on the call that I must replace my brake pads (was told wheel not spinning correctly) and rear coils to pass the MOT and I was told those will cost 400. I had no option but to pay. But, later in the day when I check the MOT status on gov.uk I realized that it only stated rear coil problem and nothing was mentioned about the brake pads or wheel not spinning, etc... I was very furious on them for having lied."
