Staff Attitude and Communication

  • "Thank you especially Emily (senior nurse) for keeping me calm and amused and explaining things to me."
  • "It was wonderful to witness such a respectful service where all the staff especially the doctor took the time and effort to effectively communicate with her both to inform his assessment but most importantly make her feel at ease and feel included in the process."

  • "The Royal is clean and friendly. It has a Royal rider, which is helpful in case you can't get where you are going under your own steam."
