Property Condition

Pros:

  • "The application process was very convenient — everything was online."
  • "The whole process as has been swift and stress free which is a rare thing when it comes to moving."

  • "Property given to us in no fit state, carpets not replaced or oven door still smashed which was agreed to be sorted prior to the tenancy."
  • "When I moved in the balcony was filthy with cigarette buts and overgrown weeds all documented with pictures on my inventory amendments."
  • "We also waited 3 weeks for maintenance to respond regarding a broken hob - by then we fixed ourselves."
  • "The flat was filthy when I moved in, white goods where broken in the flat and never repaired even after a year."
  • "The flat was cleaned 5 weeks after I planned to move in but there were issues that weren’t addressed like a broken table, mould on the window sill etc."
