Pros:

• "Great collection of restaurants and entertainment with plenty of staff and clean facilities."

• "The interior doesn't quite match the grandeur suggested by its exterior."

• "Bare in mind that the parking is difficult come midday, and it is also relatively expensive to park."

• "Some staff on front desk could be more aware; basic kit is included in the entry fee (helmet, boots and skis) but bring your own gloves, proper winter gloves, as the slope is (not surprisingly) cold."
