"I rang them three times to ask questions - they answered the phone twice and for the third call they did not answer but called me back the next day."

"Booked USA - San Francisco - San Diego (7/2003). Everything included in the rental including one way fee. Initially we paid £800 but later found it cheaper for £500 so we cancelled which was very easy to do and we got refund within 14 days."
