"The customer service is excellent. The rooms are really comfortable and the location is superb. Today, I booked for the next academic year and Rebecca from the customer service team was really friendly and helped me with the process and was really pleasant. Highly recommend."
"Do not come here, staff act friendly but then towards the end of your stay, start threatening you that if there isn’t a new tenant that you will have to pay for the room until one is found, bad customer experience."

"Never book here!!!! Avoid it!!!They only want you money. They gave me a sofa with marks and they said is fine when I start living there. Now, I am charged for replacement fee for it after I checked out."
"They charged me for a brand new hob (£265) due to a 'chip'. When completing my inventory for my room, I noted the hob down as unacceptable/ not working, and this was not flagged by any member of the CODE Coventry Office for the duration of my year-long stay."
"This place is a scam. It is close to impossible to get back your deposit. If you're moving in make sure you take pictures of how you found EVERYTHING even small things because that was my biggest mistake."
