"Bought a 7 year old caravan 8 months ago noticed a couple of cracks in the roof when cleaning it phoned up to make a warranty claim to be told it wasn't covered but they were willing to do the work for free as a good will gesture very impressed by their service."
"Bought a Bailey Phoenix in March this year. Had problems with towing, snaking and pitching. Spoke to Scott in the workshop. He got the van into the workshop next day."
