Cons:

  • "What was unacceptable was the complete lack of solutions and customer care following this."
  • "I was not informed that there was going to be a labour charge up until today, which was not discussed on Friday."
  • "Around the same time the engine light came on, and we had to go through the rigmoral of taking it back to the garage, and they didn't have a courtesy car available to give us."
  • "The overall experience, it was very poor, the staff in the body shop need more training in diversity."
  • "Having visited your garage for our Mini Cooper D to be serviced we experienced some of the worst customer handling I have known in the industry."
  • "I was ignored and made to feel very uncomfortable when I asked for help!"
  • "The customer service I've received is an absolute disgrace, made worse by a very unhelpful service advisor (Syeda) who was blunt and unhelpful."

Sales Experience

Pros:

  • "The best overall car buying 'experiences' I've ever had. I call it experience because that's what it is."
  • "The purchase process was really easy, I didn’t find them pushy (including the finance talks) at all hence the very positive overall experience."
  • "From start to finish we had truly exceptional experience, Nikki Badhan was looking after my wife and myself, updated regularly during the production process, and went above and beyond on the day of collection to make sure it happened."
  • "Bought a car from there last week and Ashley was a total delight all the way from showing the car to the test drive to completing all the paperwork."
  • "On contact Gio the salesman was terrific. helpful, knowledgeable and friendly he gave me a personalised video of the car and talked me through all the issues."
  • "Great experience! Callum Willerton was my salesman and was very accommodating and informative in helping me buy my first car."
  • "I would not hesitate to recommend this team for your next trade-in / purchase as the overall service was frankly perfect."

Cons:

  • "I cannot believe that such an established brand could sell an approved car in this condition, it was clearly not mechanically checked and they spent more time trying to cover that up."
  • "Complete rip off, more expensive compared to lease companies."
  • "Not sure if reading skills are required for the sales force at Sytner Mini Slough."
  • "Unashamed salesmanship."
  • "Once they have your money they could not be more unhelpful."
  • "Using COVID-19 to push hard for sales by requiring a chaperone round the showroom all time."

  • "I bought a mini cooper s which is amazing drive and comes with great features for the price."
  • "Edward Hester was really helpful & informative - really pleased with my new mini convertible."

Cons:

  • "After 6 days of collecting the vehicle 3 components have failed, and the MINI countryman is leaking oil, losing all water and coolant, over heating, and is therefore undriveable."
  • "However, there is a small issue which apparently doesn't just affect my car. in very low temperatures my center console (which has the radio, rear view camera, Bluetooth, sat nav etc etc) doesn't start up and is completely black."
  • "Brand new car was full of scratches upon collection and repair work was carried out by amateurs."
  • "Had a car from here for 4 months. Needed to bring it back after DAY ONE because of faults and then again 3 months later."
  • "Do not take your car to be worked on here!! They use the premium brand of mini to charge extortionate prizes for sub par work."
  • "And then, she quoted me around £900 inclusive to get the sensors replaced as it is damaged due to the collision, and isn't a manufacture defect."
  • "During the service one of the brake caliper nipples snapped which I was told was due to it being seized... The caliper was not salvageable and after my car was there over the weekend I had a new caliper fitted at a heavy cost."
