Transport and Transfers

Pros:

• "At Jeddah airport we were greeted by our driver straight away with no problems."
• "All our transport and transfers and hotels were booked accurately and we had no issues."
• "Alhumdulilah everything went so smoothly from the transport to the hotel and the whole Umrah journey itself was so easy."
• "The taxi time was booked wrong for Medina."
• "There was a regular bus service to Haram Sharif from the hotel and the driver didn't wait until it was full."

Cons:

• "We were told that Taxis do not go to the hotel, so taxi driver asked a random person on the street to carry our luggage to hotel for which we have to pay extra."
• "Transport was changed just before going and the transport said they hadn’t received the updated information for the Ziarat."
• "I'm not sure why but the Pakistani taxi drivers there charged around 5 to 10 Rials more and make out they're doing you a favour."
