• "Always welcomed with a smile by the lady at the front door, and always thanked for shopping there and wished a lovely day by her."

• "Some staff need more training. The first time I went, the staff were rude and didn't seem to care about their service and would just try brush you off."

Grooming and Veterinary Services

Pros:

• "So my little fur baby was put to sleep today, he was 15yrs old. The vet in charge was fantastic, as were all the nurses and staff, they were patient and sensitive to him and us throughout the whole traumatic experience."
• "Inside, there is also a vet cabinet with very professional doctors and nurses."
• "Very professional and efficient. Asked for a full medical history for my cat and seconds later it was in my hand (glove)."

Cons:

• "Early today I took my 4 yr old Pomeranian for cut & blow dry because I thought they would do him a great cut him knowing that Pomeranians are more difficult to cut, I never thought they would let an unexperienced person do it, they cut his hair very badly."
• "I took my dog here yesterday to be groomed. A member of staff welcomed us by saying hello as soon as we walked in. However, when we entered the grooming department the lady there looked rather miserable and did not even greet us."
• "I am writing this review because our vet advised us to do so. Our dog had a full grooming few weeks ago in this place and was left quite badly injured."
