• "I had a terrible experience! My MOT was due to expire the next day so I booked with Kwik-Fit Iver thinking I’ll have it quickly done. After more than an hour wait they told me that my car failed MOT because of a tiny bulb that needs replacing."
• "Had a appointment to have a tyre fitted @11am but wasn't seen to until an hour later."
• "I was not allowed to book an appointment ahead of time, I was told to come down immediately as it wasn’t busy but still waited 20 minutes to be seen."

• "Well I am rather shocked about these comments can't say I had a good experience myself as 'all' of you clearly did. Around almost three weeks ago now I took my car to kwik fit (iver) where I was greeted by the manager dean... first impressions were not good. He smelt very strongly of alcohol and it looked like he had been on a four day bender."
