"The team were very professional, the car was serviced and MOT provided with professional standard. One of the recommendations was that I replace the two front tires, when I called the company and requested the tires to be replaced. I was told that this could be done the next day. I was also told that I could keep the courtesy car until the next day. however, when I informed the company that I wish to have my own tires, they changed their position about the courtesy car, they immediately told me that the Courtesy car had already been booked."
"So I took the car away and sent it to an independent Volvo 'SPECIALIST' who after 2 hours of full appraisal followed a procedure all the way back to the main fuse box and found a crucial one missing."
