  • "My car was towed away after large sidewall puncture evening of Fri 15 Sept, and delivered to TMS next morning for tyre & potentially alloy wheel replacement, dependent on damage. I'd been in contact with TMS specifying this on Sat who had confirmed they would check tyre & order alloy too just in case. Popped in Mon morning by chance but was told they didn't know whether the tyre has been ordered, couldn't say if/when it might be done and didn't have a loan car as that was to do with Volvo and not them. Unhelpful, obstructive and unaware of comms. V poor. Car was ready around 1515h. Service desk staff need to read the notes instead of fobbing off customers who have been left without a vehicle."

  • "Good service during sales but shockingly poor when I had a problem. I bought a new V90 from Volvo Leicester. After just 6 months the satnav, cruise control, front lights and city safety systems all suddenly stopped working - the car info system said to take the car in for a service (despite the fact that it had done very few miles). For such a new and expensive car to go wrong so soon after purchase is disappointing and somewhat upsetting. The attitude from Georgina in the servicing department was simply rude and utterly unhelpful. When I explained that I would like to make a complaint I wasn't given any information on how to do so. I certainly won't be using them again."

When working they fiddled with the valve which broke the pipe, this meant they delayed the collection time to another week. Not only that, when I asked for a replacement/courtesy car they said I had to pay for it from my own pockets, how ridiculous!? I have complained but they have taken no useful action. DO NOT VISIT STURGESS OF LEICESTER!"
