• "We had Karndean fitted by one of the suppliers Karndean promote on their website, Harman Carpets in Goole. To cut a very long story short it looked terrible, tables and chairs rocked and joints ghosted through, it was replaced and exactly the same happened again."

• "An incredible and huge collection of flooring in the upstairs showroom which was a bit befuddling."

Product Quality

Pros:

• "After 12 years of use, with a quick wash our floors still look like new. They may not be the cheapest solution around, although they have a variety of ranges to fit different budgets."
• "Left with full size samples of planks and feature strips which give a true reflection of colour and shade, much better than a 15x15cm sample square!"
• "You can take a couple of full sized boards/tiles and design strips home with you so you can see it in situ."
• "The samples were of good size and very useful for deciding which tile to purchase which is most useful because the Karndean range of tiles is so large and acceptable."
• "They had extensive range of products and once we were able to whittle it down to a shortlist of three they gave us 3 full size tiles of each option to take away as samples."
