• "Kept awake all night by rodents above our ceiling. Initially, staff at the hotel dealt with it well, and management thereafter couldn't be bothered to call me as requested."

• "If you're traveling from outside UK and you forget to get a UK adaptor, the reception doesn't have anything to accommodate."
