Service

Pros:

• "Staff were very friendly and helpful."

• "Staffed rushed us to pick something then just left us to search out the buffet and to find tea/coffee felt like we where an inconvenience to them."
• "When we arrived, we were left at the front desk and not asked our names, etc, for around maybe 10mins."
• "Dinner service was poor. Not really any leadership around for the young girls."
• "Despite contacting the hotel numerous times, we have found it incredibly difficult to speak to anyone."
