Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Have to give a shoot out to Dan and Jason. Both went above and beyond to help."

Cons:

  • "I had brought my VW Golf in for a service and my car was perfectly normal in terms of no leaks etc. After I left and got my car I had been given a sheet with all the completed check lists and one of them was coolant either being replaced, looked at or something amongst them lines. During the night I had a coolant light come up."
  • "Had an MOT which unfortunately failed because of a ball joint which I completely understand and accept what I can't accept is getting advisories for 4 new tyres when my current ones are in perfect condition."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "They even offered a payment plan. I had my brakes and 2 tyres fitted and have nothing but positive things to say."

  • "They also fixed my washers that had stopped working and showed me the issue (the pipes) so I can fix myself if need be in the future. Very very happy customer!"

Cons:

  • "My car was showing an overboost fault. Instead of fixing that issue, they have turned off the warning light and charged me £180 to clean my engine and replace an injector seal."
  • "I checked the engine oil before I took the car in to be serviced, nothing had changed after service. Oil till black and the same level amount. I wonder what else was missed out during the service."
  • "I usually use my local mechanic. I had a auxiliary belt in my car to be fitted by myself when I got chance. While the car was in for service I asked whether they could change it for me as it's only a two minute job, no price was mentioned to thought they include it in the service price. I came to collect my car on my lunch break to find a £48 charge!! £48!! For a job that's 30 seconds!!"
  • "Took a van in for an MOT, they rung us back and said there was a lot of faults and the bill would be £800. We took it to another garage who fixed the van for £300."
