"Difficult to get the attention of staff."
"Utter disgrace have no clue 1st of all when on phone was told they tightened the oil filter tightened to 27nm when should be 12 nm then left bolts off screws missing screw found in bike utter joke plus couldn't fix problem."

"The shop, display and choice of vehicles is very comprehensive."
Cons:
"The only thing I'd change is the location, just off the busy A56 outside Manchester. Easy to reach, but a horrible road to walk along or ride along, zigzagging past pot holes across long faded paint."

"Really good selection of new and used bikes. The dealers were extremely friendly, open and knowledgeable about the bikes."
Cons:
"It started off as a good place to buy my bike. It soon went sloppy."
"salesman was more interested in me parting with money than anything, and almost had a panic attack when i momentareley forgot my card pin number."
"Bought an Aprilia SX 125 from here back in August 2020 had nothing but problems wouldn't suggest them as a reputable dealer go elsewhere."
"Sadly the bike I bought had been through there service centre and everything was ticked of on their work sheet as done or good. So when I got it home I checked the oil level which was ok, however the oil was very dark and therefore needed to be replaced, the oil filter looked old and was pitted but someone at Youles had written the purchase date on it and said filter changed, clearly not."
"I just wish that it hadn't taken such arguments to get it that way as it does leave a bad taste in the mouth."
"First ever poor review- so I would look elsewhere if you're not local."
"This is a review of an issue I had with Youles a few years ago but it still niggles me so I feel compelled to leave feedback."

"Customer service absolutely spot on!"
Cons:
"I booked my motorcycle in for a service being told ebc pads would be fitted to only get a call that I need to spend £120 for a set of rear pads."
"My bike has dropped an exhaust valve before its third service due to my valve timing not being checked and the valve buckets not being changed so that there was the correct tolerance."
"Second hand Triumph America not running correctly and cutting out far to often."
"I was horrified to see one of the technicians eating his McDonalds lunch and using the seat of my vespa as a table!!"
"Just to highlight after care. I had no issues buying the bike, but when it developed an oil leak, was told I would have to send a picture to the manager, who was off work for the next 5 days."
"Had an issue with my bike shortly after I bought it. The rear disc bluing due to high heat transfer from my brakes."
"How an official Triumph mechanic could miss something like this is beyond me."
