• "The men i spoke with was very polite and seemed genuine however after being told the bike was unfixable and it was making all sorts of sounds i asked if they would start it again so i could hear this noise i was told to feel the belly of the engine to feel the grinding, i couldn't feel or hear anything and they never actually started it like i asked."

• "I took my bike in for a mot and they failed it so I payed for the repairs the day after they passed it I realised they messed with my petrol lid so I couldn't get it of. My button start failed to work but because I needed it for work I just left it and now my kickstarts stopped so I can't start it at all I phoned them and they basically said not there concern sort it myself."
