Pros:
- "Charlie the instructor was so helpful, supporting our grandson up the slopes with his sledge."

Pros:
- "Like someone has taken a section of mountain ski slope and put it in a building."
- "Rental gear was all in great condition and the snow was supreme."
- "The facilities were great as well, the cafe provided some great food and I felt it had something for everyone."
- "There is loads of parking, all the covid regulations are in place, there is a bar and cafe too."
- "Good slope for indoors, great that there are two button lifts to give some redundancy."

- "They have shortened the length of the sledging by quite a lot and also the width. Your penned in like sheep literally."
- "The snow on the lift is often a little thin, and the rental boards are aimed only at beginners."
- "The button lift was very icy and the off ramp at the top was like a big hill in itself causing people to go head first into the wall."
