• "Seems really disorganised. Our party order was wrong, trampolines are a bit basic - only dodge ball, basket ball and foam pits - no other games like jousting etc."

• "Took my son & friends for his birthday treat and was extremely disappointed! Loads of basic trampolines, no dodge ball, no basketball nets."

• "Visited this past weekend with my 2 children. They had fun however, the centre was absolutely freezing, colder than outside! Also found one member of staff unfriendly."
• "Lots of inexperienced staff who has no control of what's going on and stand about being polite instead of enforcing rules over safety of the people using the equipment."

Value and Pricing

Pros:

• "You cannot wear your own “unbranded freedog” socks as we cannot ensure their safety but you can “buy” ours at £3."
• "The endless waiver forms and insistence that you can only wear their trampoline socks, rather than universal trampoline socks makes for a frustrating and expensive additional cost."
• "Early bird discount has to be over 24 hours so can't just book for the following day."

Facilities and Cleanliness

Pros:

• "Clip and climb is well run by a single staff member who was overstretched but friendly, engaging and patient. Coffee was decent for the price. In general, staff were polite. Toilets were clean."
