Facility Design and Equipment
Pros:
"The addition of a new Ninja section with more balance and easier obstacles is a fantastic change."
"Split into 2 sections- a very tough metal bars circuit and a second section with inflatable assault course/slides/football arena/jump platform/climbing wall perfect for children."
"Great packs for the kids to have a momento of it, ninja warrior course for the older ones, younger kids can't reach all of it, but the inflatable Park is great fun for all ages."
"There's an adult course, an inflatable course for kids, lots of bouncing and slides, and of course, the ninja warrior wall!"
"Both course areas well maintained and manned with pleasant staff throughout."
Cons:
"I think it would work better if there was a start and end line rather than a crazy free for all."
"Most of the ninja course is too big for Small children. The only thing they can do is walk across a plank or a couple of swings."
"The ninja obstacles are limited to monkey bars and a ramp to run up. Majority of it is bouncy castles."
"This place has about as much to do with Ninja Warrior as an outdoor play area."
Staff and Customer Service
Pros:
"The staff are fantastic and very helpful."
"Taken to our party room by Matt who throughout our 2 hour stay was brilliant and helpful and couldn't do enough for us."
"The staff were welcoming and informative, unfortunately we didn't stay as long as we'd hoped as my son became unwell - Emily was really kind."
"Thank you in particular to out party host Taylor. You really really went above and beyond."
Cons:
"Also staff must be allergic to answering the phone as I called 3 times and each occasion put the phone down on me."
"It's an OK place to visit but my god the staff are absolutely miserable."
"Staff are very bossy and inexperienced and insist on forcibly selling ninja socks which are very slippery."
"Rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly staff! Just emailed a complaint so will wait to see if I get a reply!"
Cost and Value
Pros:
"Price was fair and the kids loved it so overall would return."
"Great way to spend an hour or two."
"Great value for money."
"Good value and well organised."
Cons:
"Busy with children's parties, good music/atmosphere, expensive soft drinks so maybe bring a bottle of water yourself."
"The staff was very helpful and informative and were very helpful to my grandchildren who are young. Youngest just old enough to use equipment."
"You HAVE TO BUY THEIR SOCKS. Which is ridiculous, as we went prepared with proper jump socks for all 4 kids."
"Far too busy and unorganised, my kids spent most of the session waiting to use equipment."
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Pros:
"We saw that the staff fully cleaned the equipment from top to bottom between sessions."
"All was clean and organised."
"The venue was very clean."
Cons:
"The place could also do with a clean as it was very dusty."
"Something needs doing about the temperature, it needs to be much cooler."
"Ive seen cleaner nightclub toilets than here."
"The place was packed and not enough lockers, most of the inflatables had holes in them and in need of attention."
Safety and Accessibility
Pros:
"It was very accessible through the automatic doors."
"Another piece of advice make sure you get there at least 20 minutes before your booking as you have to answer questions & watch a safety video."
"The staff are fantastic and the facilities were well look after and cleaned."
Cons:
"As kids play centre it’s good but soon as you throw adults into the mix this place is a serious accident waiting to happen."
"The venue had quite a few Children running in-between the obstacles when you was trying to do the challenges."
"No covid passes were asked for and no visible cleaning considering how busy it was and the lack of masks."
"Whole experience felt uncomfortable. No masks and no social distancing."
