Pros:

• "Totally useless company. I understand that skydiving is a weather dependent sport, and I wouldn't want to jump unsafely. Despite this however if they cancel 3 times on the trot they should have to offer a refund."
• "They then decided to move the goal post and say they cannot offer us a refund due to T&Cs and that we're over their 'cooling off period'."
• "Reception staff know nothing. Professional staff repeatedly lied, telling me I'd be jumping in an hour, then nothing happened."

Skydiving Experience

Pros:

• "Free fall is the most awesome, nuts, exhilarating, indescribable experience...and not once did i feel scared on the whole way down."
• "Did the 15,000ft sky dive and it was amazing, would definitely recommend!"

Facilities and Extras

Pros:

• "Onsite they have a cafe that doesn't rip you off and has plenty of seating inside and out."

• "So well organised and super safety conscious, yet lots of banter and chat to settle any nerves. Lots of room for spectators right by landing zone."
• "Cafe is nice and not ridiculously priced like I was expecting plus you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic food with you."

Cons:

• "Would give 5 stars if the price of the video and pictures package was a little cheaper."
• "But be warned there is extras you can add on and if you're not careful it suddenly gets expensive."
• "Also disappointing that you have to pay at least £120 extra for photographs/video in the air."
• "The only things I would say ruins it is it would be nice if there was an option to have less free fall and open parachute higher up to allow a longer cruising time on parachute."
