• "I went to this agency, they make me sit down, a guy named James, he shows up all confident, and says he would help me, so I rely on him, he shows me a house, really awful yet to be finished, obviously I reply that I'm not interested, then he shows me a new house, I am delighted, he tells me that it is possible to take it, but I have to let him know as soon as possible, then the next day, I tell him that I take it, he tells me that he has to talk to the owner, he leaves me waiting for 4 days without being heard, or sending me a message, so I contact him, he tells me who has another home, and then disappears completely!"
