Kindness and Compassion of Staff

• "Her attitude to me during the call was appalling, patronising and rude."

• "We had to bring our puppy here after being referred by our vet due to his extreme vomiting and diarrhoea. He had to have emergency surgery as the pain relief wasn’t working but we were kept updated often."
