  • "One thing that did annoy me was I purchased my kids and their friends gift bags which came with a sports drinks bottle, it wasn't until after I'd bought them bottled drinks (coke etc) and we sat down that I saw a sign on the table that said the sports drinks bottles I'd bought came with free fills/refills. No one mentioned this to us."

  • "Sometimes they book more people in than there are walls to climb so you have to queue up and wait your turn."
