"All the stuff are really friendly and lovely to talk to."
"The staff all work so very hard and try their best to acknowledge everyone."
Cons:
"We also noticed that their Facebook site removes bad reviews after a little while, making them look as if they are a five star rated facility when I would not even give them a 1* (I have screenshots)"
"I personally didn't like some of the stalls which had unnecessary signage with crude foul language partially displayed."
"I think one member of staff took against me and blocked the adoption. Being dishonest about the reasons adds salt to injury."
"The staff knew nothing about my appointment at the kennels and we were told to return another day, after we had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes."
"The entire running of the facility is very disorganised and I found all but one volunteer polite. Most of the staff come across uptight and rude, including the owners."
"Although this charity is wonderful to animals, there is one woman who’s behaviour is indescribable."
"Treated very poorly tried on several occasions to rescue different dog's each time did not get replies."

Cons:
"We bonded with one of the dogs the kids got on great with her had been visiting her almost everyday and walking her for about 4 weeks home check was a yes she was ready to come live with us but was told no."
"While they do extraordinary work. They make it near to impossible to adopt a dog."
"Her exact words were 'We won't be adopting the dog to that couple' The other staff member asked why? The lady responded 'the guys black! You know how they treat animals in their country. They wouldn't know how to look after it!'"
"What an absolute farce! We offered to have proper fencing fitted to out low wall but apparently that's not good enough."
"Each time, no mention of having a bite history... I think they may actually be doing more harm than good for this poor dog."
"Absolutely disgusting the way both cats and customers are treated. When asked about several cats and kittens we were told we couldn't rehome them as we were not suitable and also our address was not suitable as we lived near a bus route."
"Me and my partner reserved one of their cats... Next morning we received a TEXT saying they feel that the cat would benefit more of a rural placement."

"A few months ago I rang the rescue and left countless messages about two dogs that were hit by a car on the A509 and even left my number. They didn't even return my call."
"The parking was non existent and everyone had to park on the verges of a busy road with no actual footpath so was a bit risky..."
"Poorly organised. We wanted to adopt some chickens to add to our existing flock. After filling in a huge form they promised to ring us to organise a home visit. That was three weeks ago and still no call."
"Leaving windows open, so rescued grey squirrels could 'escape was the charities way around not re-releasing invasive species (grey squirrel)."

"First time visiting and not a great experience."
"Things took a dramatic turn when we brought him home, he turned very aggressive very quickly and he bit me and then went for my face!"
"Although the rescue centre is essential and doing great work, the companies policy of never destroying an animal, in ANY situation, meant I got bitten by one of their 'behaviourally challenged' animals (dangerous dog) whilst volunteering at the centre."
"I am beginning to believe that they are hoping to just get rid of the dogs in order to get new ones in."
"Heard nothing all week even after numerous calls and emails."
