• "When we requested information we would wait for sometimes a week before any follow-up but were expected to have immediate answers for Jonathan should he require them."
• "From the very first viewing (where Jonathan forgot to arrive and left me waiting for 15 minutes without contact, never showed up or apologised), right up until the end where we had to chase the keys after completion, the whole process was a shambles."
