"Pricey supermarket, variable quality produce, and generally poor service at the checkouts."
"Bit pricey, but has loads of interesting stuff."
"It's a bit pricey too compared with other supermarkets."
"So so expensive but good quality food."
"Very expensive and I went to the cafe, big mistake one member of staff doing everything couldn't find any tables to sit on because of eaten food left by customers."

Cons:
"Served by an elderly gentleman at 10:30am. Spoken to very rudely and treated like a child."
"The member of staff that served us was quite grumpy."
"The young employee taking orders needs some training in positive attitude and customer interaction."
"They always have time for a chat so the check outs can be a bit slow."
"Awful experience. A staff member found it hilarious that I didn't want meat products on my order and then shared the humour with other customers."
"The last time I went to Booths was during the full lockdown and the woman at the entrance was so rude."
"Very disappointing after standing for 25mins in a queue waiting to order and watching the lady on the order point and till flitting around but achieving very little I finally give my order... Was it worth waiting for... Sadly not... Jacket potato was lukewarm filling was bland and salad was practically non existant... How standards have dropped I won't be going again."
Store and Product Quality
Pros:
"The shop with everything. Has those unique bits and pieces that make others complete. Has all the staples you buy good quality meat and cheese here as well as local fruit and vegetables."
"Quality food and drink. Met and details taken re track and trace. Ordered and paid at the counter, and food brought to the designated table. Soup, cup of tea and lemon drizzle cake, all fabulous!!"
"Booths is such a nice place to shop (for a supermarket) and this one is one of the nicest I've been in."
"Very nicely presented shop with everything spaciously laid out and easy to find."
"The food section is very nicely set out with lovely locally sourced produce."
"Tremendous range of first class products, many of which are locally sourced."
"Upmarket shop, always clean and well-stocked with a good choice of quality food, often locally sourced."
Cons:
"Shop was nice but cafe was terrible, Mum is really fussy eater but agreed to egg chips. Chef refused to make her a fried egg."
"Some good offers, although as I've previously experienced on fresh produce with multi savings - the fruit & veg is poorer quality or has much shorter best before dates."
"The cafe on the other hand is in my opinion quite scruffy and lacking in a good menu, only hot meat pies and toasties on offer nothing like the good standard of food in other Booths stores 'Very' disappointing."
"Shelves not always properly stocked."
"Aisles seemed to have things strewn around, shelves not as full as expected and the meat both at the butcher counter and refrigerator was not as good as usual."
"Very overpriced and importing mushrooms that are available and grow in the UK from Sweden and wait for it...Korea."
"Not good choices of products."
