Customer Service

Pros:

• "So today was my nieces 12th Birthday and due to covid we were restricted with her celebrations. She decided for her birthday tea she wanted a maccys buffet with the family. We ordered (rather a lot) via the drive through, very efficient service, food was piping hot and all staff very friendly. Thank you McDonald's Llandudno Junction, she loved it!"
• "Just popped in while passing for breakfast, must say it's one of/if not the cleanest maccys we've ever been in and believe me we've been in many. There certainly wasn't any skipping nooks and crannys while the cleaning had been done. Super fast service and even had a member of staff make the effort to ask if our choice of food was OK, if only all maccys were at this standard with cleanliness and customer service."

My grandchildren live the atmosphere and it's always their first choice. The food is always consistent and tastes good. All in all, this fast food outlet is extremly efficient and effective, providing exactly what the customer wants."

Didn't even get chance to change and brush our teeth. Found this Mcdonalds on our way home. Went in at 10.30am and ordered our meal. Waited for a while as it was busy but not exceptionally long......I've waited longer in other places. When our meals got served the lady apologised for the wait and asked if we wanted a dessert for free due to the wait. We had 6 Mcflurry for free and free tea and coffee for my husband and our friend. Thank you Mcdonald Llanudno for putting a smile on our faces after a not very good morning to start with. Now on our way home not only full but also happy. Well done to all the staff. May I also add that the place is clean including the toilets."
