"I would have given 5 stars as the treatment and staff were 1st class, I was given a sample bottle when I picked up my dog up after he had his eye removed, and asked if I could bring a wee sample in when I came in for a check up. On his check up I handed it over thinking it was standard practice and all part of post operations only to be told later I had to pay £9.85 for it being tested."
