Customer Service

Pros:

  • "My deposit has not been returned to me. I have a document which they signed as the check-in inventory."
  • "Deposits unevenly divided. We had been charged things such as dust which apparently cost £60 to clean and dirty windows which anyone would know is going to collect dust since cleaning."
  • "Please avoid this agency. My friend who is an international student was scammed by this company out of 55£ from his deposit."
  • "Be careful with this lettings agency. At the end of your tenancy, they will look for any little imperfection in the room to try to take a chunk out of your deposit."
