"I tried to book a bike repair online at my local store but it only offered a bike check so I telephoned the number for my local store, explained my chain had broken and I would like to get it fixed. When I arrived the man in the store said it was only a 5 minute bike check and he would have to book a further appointment to actually fix the chain."
