"Not happy with Rutland. Ordered a bike from their store in Graftham and all was good, the bike was sent to my local Rutland store to be collected. My wife and Son collected the bike and we put it in our garage as we were away on holiday the next day. When we returned from holiday my son was keen to get out on his new bike. Unbeknown to my Son his back wheel was not fixed in place and when he went up a curb the wheel came out and he fell off, luckily he was not hurt."
