  • "Generally poor on many previous occasions. Today's failure. Very very dry chicken. On the plus side, the fella on the till today was a pleasure to deal with."

  • "On a previous visit I was told that the drive-thru was closed and had to go into order. As I entered I was greeted by KFC employees crying behind the counter because they couldn't cope with the amount of orders."
  • "Order so badly wrong once my daughter had got home with the food for the family. 40 mins of continued calling but nobody answers the phone. Shocking customer service! Will never use Newport road KFC again!"
  • "Not happy with service as was in long queue and also received the wrong change for my order and incorrect receipt. Change was corrected afterward however left with the wrong receipt."
