  • "One of brake callipers had not been bolted onto the carrier correctly meaning the brake on that wheel wasn't working."
  • "Work was carried out that we hadn't asked for, inferior parts were fitted that had repercussions for the engine and caused repeated mot failures."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "The part quoted was Β£54 plus labour. On way back to garage checked on Eurocarparts and the part was Β£26!"

  • "Why do you Halfords try and charge Β£40 for a diagnostic when your spending Β£180 odd anyway."
