Order Accuracy

Pros:

• "Friendly staff, order was correct and everything contact free except accepting the bag - kinda necessary though :)"

• "My orders are always wrong here, no matter how much I spend or how simple the order is, it is never right."
• "Another poor review for Wesham. Ordered a 6 piece bucket tonight in store. The duty manager questioned if it was with the 50% offer. Got home 10 miles away to find that 5 of the 6 pieces were legs!"

Customer Service

Pros:

• "It's a KFC. We ate in, service was quick and staff were very friendly. Youngest had a children's meal, which allows for an ice cream afterwards. Staff were brilliant with her as she's pretty nervous around new people!"
• "Service was good. I think there was a new girl there and she was nice, but there seemed to be three people inside who were working today, a girl on drive through, a guy cooking and the girl who was on till was also packing and cooking."

• "Absolutely disgusting customer service. Left waiting for over 45 minutes with children to then be offered a free popcorn chicken?? Person in charged refused to give contact details of management too. Never again"
• "Needs to drastically improve. Often looks dirty inside with litter about the place. Food varies a lot, tonight the chicken was hard (zinger fillet) and inedible and the service was very slow."
