Theatre Experience

Pros:

• "The standard of this provincial theatre is very high."

• "The new seating in the auditorium is more comfortable and the toilets are much improved too!"

• "Could do with announcing when an interval is happening and what to do instead of it being a bit awkward and quiet when the lights suddenly go up."

• "The seating is quite tight, in that there isn't a lot of leg room."
• "I also noticed children being moved because from the second row back upstairs, a child can't see."
• "We felt the fluency of the narrative became too obscured by indistinct dialogue caused mainly by actors shouting or spitting out their lines."

• "Just had difficulty with the App to order drinks but a lovely young man helped me."
• "Pre ordered drinks were wrong twice during the interval which shortened our time to drink them."
• "Although they asked you to wear masks whilst watching the show 90% were not, in fact a gentleman and his family sitting behind me made me feel very uncomfortable as he was coughing over me."
• "The performance was 15 minutes late starting due to some seating problems."
• "The bar & restaurant were so busy you had to queue for too long to bother."
• "The order was messed up at the point of service. This resulted in cold food, people not having their food all together, and forcing rushed food to get into the seats."

• "We had seats up in the balcony and there is no lift up to the 2nd floor."
• "The price for my granddaughter's ticket £25 who is only 5 was outrageous."

• "Seating was uncomfortable with not enough leg room."
• "A negative is that the view is quite restricted from where we were."
