• "Called the store to see if they could customise my order as had just placed the order online and spoke to 'Alex'. He was lovely, went out of his way to fulfil my requests and the food arrived exactly as I requested."
• "If I was giving my review a month ago it would of been Zero due to missing items. Now I give it Top marks been twice since and was going to tell them my thoughts to what happened if I didn't get everything I ordered. But twice with No fault."

Pros:

• "As a plus you have 2 EV charging points where you can stay for the 90 minutes free parking while you eat."
• "There is a drive through and plenty of parking at the back of the store."
• "Newly refurbished KFC there are 3 self order machines and the counter is still open."

Cons:

• "The option of drive through collection on the app is almost permanently disabled meaning it's less convenient."
• "Another complaint is sitting in the window on both occasions I watched all the delivery drivers parking in the disabled bays - which is not acceptable and should be stopped."
