• "I was told they couldn't pick me up from the Sunderland interchange..and was told to walk around the corner to a taxi rank ...as a disabled woman who was crying to get home in pain ..I didn't find these helpful..and there wasn't any taxi around the corner from the interchange..sorry won't be using these again."

• "Micky taker of a driver. Journey requested from Thristley Wood to Chester Mews off Chester Road via Tunstall Hope Road. Driver instead of turning left along Essen way towards The Barnes from Tunstall roundabout, instead went straight on down Strawberry Bank, failed to turn left onto Queen Alexandra Road at the roundabout, tried to take me on along Tunstall Avenue, to supposedly 'join onto' Chester Road. Which would have meant into the City Centre, to then drive back up Chester Road! If I hadn't made him turn around it would've been nearly an extra tenner on the meter! Know your route and beware...."
